NewzBits is an AI-powered news aggregation platform. We collect publicly available RSS feeds and news articles from third-party publishers, use large language models (LLMs) to generate brief summaries, and present those summaries alongside a direct link back to the original source article. We do not host original news content; we always link to the publisher's original article.
You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You must not: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service; (b) reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit summaries, headlines, or other content from the Service without our prior written consent; (c) attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
AI-generated summaries displayed on NewzBits are derivative works based on third-party news articles; the underlying source articles remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers. NewzBits owns all rights to the platform design, user interface, branding, code, and any original editorial content we create. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to reproduce or distribute any content from the Service beyond personal, non-commercial reading.
The Service contains links to third-party websites and displays content sourced from third-party publishers. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute our endorsement of those sites or their content.
NewzBits displays advertisements served by Google AdSense and other programmatic advertising networks. Advertisements are clearly distinguished from editorial content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or claims made in any advertisement. Clicking on an advertisement may take you to a third-party website; your interactions with that site are governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies; they are provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialist advice. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NewzBits and its operators, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if NewzBits has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Service is provided free of charge, NewzBits’ total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed zero dollars (USD $0.00).
